Minimum Requirements (assumptions) for containers

most of these are resolved just by installing the eg package. and is still an active area of development.

• eg binary is available within the path.
• egd user is present with no password sudo capabilities and is a member of the root group.
• DNS resolver is listening on 127.0.0.1:53.
• sudo command is available.
